do I delete a program from my hard drive?
To delete your program, please follow these instructions:
1. Go to the START button
2. Select SETTINGS
3. Select CONTROL PANEL
4. Double click on the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS icon
5. In the ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS PROPERTIES screen, select the program you wish to
remove and click on the ADD/REMOVE button.
If the program is not listed, you can delete it through Windows Explorer by
following these instructions:
1. Go to the START button
2. Select PROGRAMS followed by WINDOWS EXPLORER
3. Select the relevant folder on the left hand side of the screen
4. Hit the DELETE button on your keyboard and send to your RECYCLE BIN.

I am having problems playing my sound. It is either
