1. Go to the START button
2. Select PROGRAMS
3. Select ACCESSORIES
4. Select SYSTEM TOOLS
5. Select DISK DEFRAGMENTER
6. From the SELECT DRIVE box choose your hard drive C:
7. Click on OK.

I am having problems playing my sound. It is either
