Please follow these instructions:

1. Go to the START button

2. Select PROGRAMS

3. Select ACCESSORIES

4. Select SYSTEM TOOLS

5. Select SCANDISK

6. Highlight your hard drive C:

7. In the TYPE OF TEST box select STANDARD

8. Click on the START button

9. When the scandisk has finished click on the CLOSE button.

I am having problems playing my sound. It is either distorted or will not play at all.
